Caprice Coleman defeated Amasis with a top-rope leg lariat in the pre-show match.
Cary Silkin and Kevin Kelly stood in the ring. Kelly asked Philly fans to watch the “language” and the “middle fingers” for the cameras. Scarlett Boarduex served as the ring announcer due to Bobby Cruise not being at the show. There was a 10 bell salute for the passing of Ryu Nakata.
1. Matt Taven def Silas Young with a frog splash. Young attacked Matt after the bell. Truth Martini came out and mocked Matt until he got chased away.
2. The Decade (Roderick Strong, BJ Whitmer, and Jimmy Jacobs) defeated Mark Briscoe, Adam Page, and Cedric Alexander. Whitmer pinned Page after the ‘All Seeing Eye’ finisher. Post match Whitmer and Corino had words.
3. Tommaso Ciampa defeated Hanson to retain the ROH TV Title. Ciampa went over with Project Ciampa to retain.
4. Michael Elgin defeated Raymond Rowe with the Elgin Bomb.
5. Jay Briscoe defeated Mike Bennett with the Jay Driller. Adam Cole had come out to try to distract Briscoe.
6. Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly beat ACH and Tadarius Thomas to retain the ROH Tag Titles. O’Reilly made ACH tap.
7. AJ Styles defeated Jay Lethal with the Styles Clash. Big pop for AJ. ‘Fire Russo’ chants broke out.
Outlaw Inc. (Homicide and Eddie Kingston) made their return. They told Scarlett to get out of the ring. “Get out of the ring, whore,” Kingston said. They claimed they would be adding a member.
8. Adam Cole defeated “Knockout Artist” Chris Hero to retain the ROH Title. Cole won with a roll up. Nigel said Bennett, Maria, Jay, and Elgin had left and that there would be a clear winner. During a ref bump, Hero had Cole pinned and submitted him.
9. Kevin Steen defeated Cliff Compton in an unsanctioned street fight. Steen won with a package piledriver on a ladder. During the match Compton nearly pulled a Sabu and dove off a chair over the top rope onto Steen. His foot barely missed getting caught. Post match, Steen said he wants the ROH Title. Outlaw Inc. was on the ramp cheering for Steen.
