Sin Cara has told people this weekend that the reason why he was a dark shadowy figure on the AAA TV taping last Friday night was because WWE has threatened legal action against AAA if he uses the Sin Cara gimmick on their TV.
Sin Cara said that he fully expects by May to be able to use the gimmick but this whole thing smells fishy to me.
