Shane McMahon Files $50 Million Home Complaint

Shane McMahon and his wife Marissa have filed a complaint with the Supreme Court of New York against the building where they live in New York City, the building management and several unnamed construction firms. It asks that damages no less than $50 million be given to the McMahons after water leaks in the home caused “certain toxic, airborne contaminants.”

The contaminants gave the couple and their three young children “severe respiratory ailments.” They had to evacuate in May 2012 and were not able to go back thanks to building issues.
