Update On AAA US TV Series + TNA iMPACT! Note, More

— This week’s iMPACT! Wrestling broadcast was unable to make the top 100 cable shows in the 25-54 demographic. Four shows on Spike TV made the top 100 on Thursday (Feb. 27) night, and all four were episodes of Cops, including the lead-in for iMPACT! Wrestling. TNA’s main competition on Thursday would’ve been from the NXT Arrival show or possibly the NBA game on TNT.

— The AAA TV series for the El Rey Network in the US will begin filming TV this August for a Fall 2014 debut. The plan is to tape in Los Angeles. It will be an English language series and will feature AAA wrestlers and independent US talents.
