WWE sent out the following statement regarding numerous fans who were mistakenly charged for their free trial of the WWE Network when the service first launched.
“WWE discovered a technical issue affecting some fans that signed up for a free trial of WWE Network while on a mobile device, which inadvertently resulted in a charge on their credit card. Those fans who were affected will get a free week of access added to the end of their WWE Network subscription.”
