— Steve Austin will record an interview with Eric Bischoff for his podcast in the near future.
— In what may turn out to be a bad sign for this week’s TNA iMPACT! rating, the show on Thursday night failed to make the top 100 shows on cable TV for the adult male 18-49 demographic. It should be noted that the lead-in for iMPACT! on SpikeTV – Cops – made the list but was ranked fairly low down. The final rating should be out by Monday.
— As noted earlier here on the website, the door is said to be open for Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian to return. Their contracts expire very soon, and both are already accepting independent bookings. TNA has been negotiating with them for weeks now but no deal has been agreed upon.
— We can also now confirm that TNA Knockout Taryn Terrell is expected to return shortly after giving birth to a baby girl about six weeks ago. Before she got pregnant, she had been impressing numerous TNA officials with her in-ring work.
