Backstage Update – Eric Bischoff’s TNA Status

As many of you know by now, Eric Bischoff’s went on a Twitter rant last week regarding reports that he was involved with TNA’s creative team as a consult and that he had three months left on his current deal. Bischoff was upset and said the story was wrong.

According to sources, Bischoff did this to make people think he’s not involved with TNA because “that is how he operates.” It is confirmed that Bischoff has more than three months left (but not much more), but it is true that Bischoff is still a consultant for TNA. However, his ideas are reportedly not being incorporated into the product.
