According to an article on TMZ, Ultimate Creations (the marketing company of the late Ultimate Warrior) it already battling people looking to make money off of Warrior’s death.
Warrior passed away last week, and T-shirts featuring Warrior’s name and logo have popped up all over the Internet. They have sent off a cease and desist letter to over 100 merchants. The letter threatens legal action if they don’t shut down all sales immediately.
