“Today would’ve been my dad’s 99th birthday and it’s hard to believe he’s been gone for 10 years now. I miss my dad everyday. His humor, his simple advice, and understanding of what it took to be a man. I often think of him as I drive down Bow Trail seeing Calgary’s gorgeous skyline. I feel his spirit fill my mind, my heart, and I smile at how I know both Calgary and I are somehow protected as he admires and watches over us from the heavens.”
