ROH Promotes ‘An Evening With Jim Ross’ Event, More

Ring of Honor has announced a Jim Ross event to take place in Toronto before ROH Global Wars. Ringside: An Evening with Jim Ross happens on May 9 at the The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto and is presented by Embrace. Ross will tell stories from his 40 years in wrestling, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

Here’s the official description from the press release: “From sports entertainment executive to New York Times Bestselling Author to entrepreneur, Jim Ross has certainly worn many hats. As one of the most influential sports executives of the past 40 years, J.R. has been welcomed into the homes of millions of viewers each and every week. His cool yet dry Southern charm became the soundtrack for some of wrestling’s many memorable clashes and spectacular moments in the sport’s rich history. J.R.’s tales of the road and personal anecdotes feature some of sports entertainment’s most legendary stars.”
