Even though many fans want Dolph Ziggler to get a shot at the main event, one of the reasons WWE won’t push him is because they believe he is susceptible to injuries.

Ziggler, like Christian, is said to have a history of injuries, especially when it comes to concussions. WWE feels they cant trust him as a top talent if he has to take time off to recover. The term “snakebit” has been used when it comes to certain talents and injuries, and Ziggler is one those talents.
