Ric Flair was reportedly scheduled to be a part of last Tuesday’s tapings for WWE SmackDown in North Carolina. However, WWE decided to rewrite the show on Tuesday (July 15) morning, and Flair was not brought in. The original plan was for Flair to be used on TV on a weekly basis. This may no longer be the case.
Flair did sign a new deal with WWE and is expected to be a semi-regular present on TV, but it appears the WWE creative team has not yet found a role for Flair to fill yet.
