— Prior to last night’s WWE RAW broadcast, there was some talk that a NXT-related angle was planned for the show. The speculation came after numerous NXT talents were backstage at RAW and NXT trainer Bill DeMott sent out the following teaser:
“For some reason I feel like everyone should be getting ready to watch #Raw ……..#NXTMeansbusiness”
— Wade Barrett recently visited with doctors for a “check up”. There are conflicting reports as to whether that happened last Friday or yesterday but Barrett is expected to begin physical therapy on his shoulder later this week.
As announced on RAW, Barrett will be appearing at the WWE Battleground pay-per-view this Sunday to hand over his Intercontinental Title to the winner of the IC Battle Royal.
