Jesse Ventura’s Defamation Lawsuit Begins + Foley/Jim Ross

— Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against the estate of deceased Navy SEAL Chris Kyle began this week. Ventura sued Kyle over a story in Kyle’s American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in US Military History in which he says he knocked down a man he called “Scruff Face” for making disparaging remarks about SEALs and the military as a whole. Kyle later said that Ventura was the man in question, while the former WWE star claims that the event never happened at all.

Kyle’s widow, who is also the executor of his estate, has already testified. Videotaped testimony of Kyle, who was killed in 2013, will be shown for the proceedings as well. You can read more here.
