Sheamus was reportedly backstage for this week’s WWE TV tapings, but he was not booked for RAW or SmackDown this week. Sheamus took off from last week’s tapings because he was battling a severe case of the flu. He was able to tape a match this week, and it aired on Superstars last night. It is strange that WWE had no use for him on RAW and SmackDown, considering he is the United States champion.
Sheamus worked WWE’s house show yesterday in Australia, and is expected to appear for the rest of the tour there.
