— At the Needham fireside chat earlier this week, WWE’s George Barrios confirmed that the company currently has around 150,000 hours of footage in their library. He added that they have around 40,000 hours are digitized for the WWE Network.
— On August 8th, 2010, Ring of Honor World Heavyweight Champion (at the time) Tyler Black signed a WWE developmental deal. All of you now know Black as current WWE Superstar and Money in the Bank winner Seth Rollins.
— As of this writing, nearly 9,500 tickets have been sold for the August 25th RAW in Anaheim, CA. Also, around 6,000 tickets for the August 26th SmackDown tapings in Ontario, CA have been sold. Both events are expected to sell out. A SmackDown TV taping selling out is very rare these days.
— WWE recently made an investment of $2 million in preferred stock of a software appliance developer. The deal took place on March 14th of 2014.
