— WWE’s stock closed at $13.03, up $0.55 (4.41%) on Friday. It’s the highest number since the stock’s big drop back in May. The reason for the rise is due to the recent WWE budget cuts. As noted, the WWE Network #’s don’t need to be nearly as high as originally anticipated (you can almost cut them in half) as the $20 to $30 million in budget cuts have “offset” the numbers. Unfortunately, the cuts have cost a lot of people their jobs and morale is down backstage.
