Following the reveal of Kevin Steen signing with WWE earlier today, Ricardo Rodriguez took to Twitter to take a couple shots at Triple H. The Steen announcement came from a tweet by the WWE account that featured the Game shaking hands with Steen, which prompted Rodriguez to post now-deleted messages to his account :
Congrats.. I hope he at least looked at you while shaking hands at one point and did call you fat as f–k. #OhMemories.
#BumbleBee was his name for me… Don’t even think he ever knew my real name.
The term “BumbleBee” is apparently a reference to the Simpsons character of BumbleBee Man. For those not familiar, BumbleBeen Man is a Latino slapstick character on the show. As previously reported, part of the reason that WWE didn’t use Rodriguez in the ring more had to do with weight goals they had set for him that he had difficulty meeting.
