The South Wales Guardian recently interviewed TNA star Rob Terry, who was promoting an upcoming appearance in his home country of Wales for JT Supplements. Below are some highlights.
Terry on growing up watching wrestling: “My mates and I would stay up until the early hours to watch the Wrestling on TV. Wrestling was always a dream of mine.”
Terry on how he got his start in the business: “I was approached by a WWE scout and was asked to attend tryouts at Earls Court in London.”
Terry on his initial move to Florida in 2007 after he was signed by WWE: “Moving to Florida was a complete culture shock, my childhood dream of becoming a professional wrestler were finally coming true. My friends were so proud of me; they knew just how much I wanted this.”
