As far as fallout from Rey Mysterio’s taped appearance at the AAA “TripleMania” event last week, there has been nothing.
According to one source, no one from WWE has said anything to Mysterio since May. No phone calls, e-mails, letters or any other type of contact has been made. WWE did not ask why Mysterio did the AAA show, threatened him for doing it or anything of that matter.
Mysterio was also not even asked to appear at the WWE live event in his home town of San Diego, California on August 23rd.
Additionally, the WWE legal department has reportedly not even contacted AAA regarding their use of the WWE contracted performer.
