Backstage Update On The Recent WWE Creative Changes

Last week it was reported that NXT lead writer Steven Guerrieri became the new lead writer for SmackDown. In the same report, it was noted that former SmackDown lead writer Ryan Ward has been re-assigned as the new lead writer of NXT.

As far as the NXT creative process goes, Triple H oversees all aspects of the weekly episodes. While the main roster has several writers involved in the writing for RAW and SmackDown, NXT is currently written by one person (now Ryan Ward) with help from an assistant.
