— As we previously reported, a motion was filed in the United States District Court of Connecticut earlier this month by several WWE stockholders. They are suing WWE for the period of time they were negotiating new TV deals. The stock went up due to speculation.
The plaintiffs have requested that all of the lawsuits should be merged into one against WWE. WWE filed a motion on September 26 agreeing with the request. A ruling has not yet been made.
