Report: Eric Bischoff-TNA Contract Issues?

According to sources, there is an ongoing contract issue between Eric Bischoff and TNA, but reports that the two sides are suing each other are not true. Neither side can discuss the situation until their deal expires, which is reportedly soon.

Bischoff noted when appearing on the Steve Austin Podcast that he was not allowed to discuss the situation with TNA. It is also unknown if the contractual issues are between him and TNA or if they involve his Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment deal. At this time, Bischoff is listed on the TNA Alumni roster.
