— The NFL has asked for extra time to file an opposition to the WWE’s trademark for “XFL.” WWE applied for the trademark back in September of 2012 and were given a Notice of Publication in September, where any party could oppose registration of the trademark. The NFL asked for an extension to file the opposition, meaning that instead of the period ending tomorrow, they have until November 15th to file.
