According to sources, the original plan for last Monday’s RAW was not the Daniel Bryan return. The source that the original plan was to do a segment with Vince McMahon and John Cena, which would have led to a period with no authority figure on the show for the night.

As noted late last night, the current plan is to have weekly rotating General Managers, some of which may end up being celebrities.
