Sheamus Wants To Play ‘Venom’, What The Big Show Wants, More

— Sheamus spoke with the Mirror (via Irish Central) while on the European tour and said that he would like to play Venom in a Spider-Man film. The WWE star told the site that he thinks there is a market for him in films due to his WWE fame and said, “I always read comic books as a kid, I always remember Eddie Brock, who was Venom in the Spider-Man comics. He was kind of a red head…I’d love to play the role of Venom and Eddie Brock. Venom was one of my favorite characters. It would be a dream come true for me to star in the next Spider-Man film as Venom.”

— Speaking of WWE big men with dreams of appearing in other media, The Big Show was asked in a Q&A (via GameSpot) whether he’d like to be in a Gears of War game and said he would.
