Who’s Behind The ‘Eyes’ Promo From WWE RAW?

The man behind the “Eyes” promo that aired on RAW is Luke Harper. The vignette featured Harper saying “Everything is shattered. Sometimes I see things that just ain’t there. But I see you. And I want to piece myself together with pieces of you.” It is intended to reintroduce him as a singles guy.
