WWE Offers John Cena/RAW Refunds, Vince McMahon/RAW, 2K

— Prior to WWE RAW going live, WWE informed the live crowd that John Cena would not be appearing on RAW. They offered the crowd refunds if they asked for them over the next 20 minutes.

— As noted earlier, Vince McMahon made his first return to RAW since the Ultimate Warrior tribute in April, appearing on the show to promote the WWE Network’s free month offer and to add a stipulation to the main event of Survivor series. McMahon announced that if Team Cena beats Team Authority at Survivor Series, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will lose their power as The Authority.
