Report: WWE’s Main Roster Motivated After NXT Live Special

— The reason that the undercard during Thursday night’s NXT Takeover: R Evolution show was so short was to allow time for the main event angle to play out. The Sami Zayn vs. Adrian Neville main event was planned for 45-minutes, including entrances, the match and the post match angle.

— The success of the recent WWE NXT Takeover: R Evolution special has lit a fire under the main WWE roster. The main roster is said to have a lot of motivation after the NXT event, which aired live on the WWE Network last Thursday (Dec. 11).

As a result, there is a feeling backstage for the main roster that WWE TLC and Stairs tomorrow could be even better than it would have been originally because of the success of NXT. Based on the report, it appears the main roster does not want to be outdone by NXT.
