— As you may recall, a report hit this week that WWE had instructed the merchandise department not to make new merchandise for Brock Lesnar. That report was denied by WWE, and now a source says that the instruction was handed down not to the merchandising department, but to a licensing partner.
According to the source, WWE said that any “group-shot merchandise” that includes all WWE’s top names shouldn’t feature Lesnar and should replace him with Sheamus. The reason is that since Lesnar has not yet re-signed, the partner was told not to make anything new just to be safe. The instruction was for items that would be released after WrestleMania 31.
