A Live Fan Report From Last Night’s Royal Rumble PPV

-Kofi Kingston and Big E vs. Cesaro and Tyson Kidd: The crowd was really hating on New Day. There were lots of boos for them.

-New Age Outlaws vs The Ascension: A decent pop for the Outlaws. A short and uneventful match overall.

-There were lots of Mizdow chants during the tag title match. The crowd is loving him.

-The crowd didn’t seem to be into the Divas match and really didn’t care for the Bella Twins.

-Lots of boos during a Roman Reigns promo for the Rumble match.

-There was a huge pop for Daniel Bryan’s Rumble match promo.

-During the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, there were lots of boos for John Cena, and a huge pop for Brock Lesnar (Philly loves him!). There were tons of Lesnar chants during the match, he’s way over here. There were also a lot of “this is awesome” chants. This was the match of the night and the best match I’ve seen in awhile. It was worth the price of admission alone.

-Bubba Ray Dudley (along with ECW chants), Dallas Page, and Dolph Ziggler received big pops during the Royal Rumble. Roman Reigns got a lot of boos.

-The crowd seemed to somewhat lose interest after Daniel Bryan was eliminated by Bray Wyatt early on. I heard some cheers for Wyatt. All in all, it was an unusual crowd in that they seemed to cheer for guys that I wouldn’t have expected them to. Brock Lesnar was treated almost as a face the way the crowd was cheering for him.

-When the match came down to Roman Reigns and Rusev, the crowd was actually cheering for Rusev.

-The Rock came out to a huge pop, but the crowd booed Roman Reigns profusely, worse than they booed John Cena!
