Why The Charges Against Heath Slater Were Dropped

As we previously reported, the assault charges against Heath Slater, from an incident in 2011, were dropped yesterday.

The reason the charges were dropped was due to the fact that the judge agreed that the statute of limitations had run out for alleged victim Corrine Oliver to press charges. While the incident happened in 2011, she didn’t file charges until late last year.
