WWE Main Event Preempted Next Week – Details

WWE announced during Main Event tonight that next week’s show will be preempted on the WWE Network and instead a Santino Marella-hosted Royal Rumble special will air.

The preemption is being caused by WWE being unable to air Main Event on the network in the UK due to their contract with Sky Sports. No word on whether this will be a one-week situation or if Main Event will continue to be pre-empted.
