WrestleReaction reports that Ric Flair, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Jimmy Hart and Triple H were all part of “Hulk Hogan Appreciation Night” at WWE’s house show at Madison Square Garden tonight. The site reports that Madison Square Garden revealed a Hulkamania banner which will permanently hang in the rafters of the arena alongisde the Rangers and Knicks championship banners.
Hogan was said to be “very emotional,” particularly when they revealed the banner. In addition, several pics from the event are floating around Twitter, posted by everyone from Triple H to fans. Check them out below, including MSG light up in the red and yellow.
The site also notes that Chris Jericho did not do his advertised Highlight Reel segment, instead cutting a promo and then defeated Luke Harper in a match. We’ll have a more detailed report later.
