WWE & TNA alumnus Lisa Marie Varon (Victoria/Tara) and her husband had a run-in with an armed trespasser at their restaurant over the weekend. Varon told TMZ that a man entered the Squared Circle in Chicago and began making trouble in the women’s bathroom, only to be taken down by her husband Lee.
According to her, Lee approached the man and asked what he was doing there and Lee saw him reaching for his waistband as he tried to shove his way into the kitchen. Lee slammed the guy into the ground at that point; you can see the video below. It turned out that the man did in fact have a gun, which one of the cooks recovered.
The police were called and the man, Arnez Harper, was arrested and charged with one count of felony aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
“He (my husband) used to be a bouncer when he was a young lad,” said Varon. “I think that guy crossed the wrong person.”
