Why WWE Moved HHH & Stephanie To Board Of Directors?

It’s said that the move of voting Triple H and Stephanie McMahon to the WWE Board of Directors was done to prepare the two for when and if they take over the company.

With WWE being a public company, the perception on Wall Street is that they would not accept an ex-wrestler with limited business management experience to be the CEO of the company.
