UPDATE: While Bray Wyatt injured his ankle before his match with The Undertaker, there were never any talks about changing the match or removing Bray from it.
However, Wyatt was in so much pain due to the sprained ankle that he kept a cast on it for most of the day. He took it off just in time for the match and also received a painkiller shot just before going to the ring.
ORIGINAL: Apparently the injury that Bray Wyatt suffered just hours before his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31 on Sunday was worse then people thought.
Wyatt, who sprained his ankle while working out in the ring inside Levi’s Stadium hours before WrestleMania began, reportedly could not stand or walk on the ankle for a long time backstage.
According to multiple sources, Wyatt wore a cast on the ankle all the way up until it was time for his match with The Undertaker late in the show.
As things stand right now, it’s unclear whether or not Wyatt further hurt himself as a result of working his match on a bad ankle, however when more information surfaces, we will be sure to update you.
