Daniel Bryan is not backstage at RAW tonight. However, both Charlotte and Sami Zayn are, and will be at both RAW and SmackDown.

There has been talk about moving Charlotte up to the main roster since WrestleMania, though there’s nothing indicating Zayn will get used on TV. He may just be used for a dark match.
