Cody Rhodes On Why He Returned To WWE As Stardust

In a post on Twitter, Cody Rhodes explained why he came back to WWE as Stardust instead of returning as himself.

He wrote: “Troubled seeing some people think I’d allow or be comfortable w/the worst thing that’s ever happened to me be exploited on TV for a ‘return.’”

He also said that Dusty had him referee his first match for Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling and gave him a referee’s shirt with “Stardust” on it. Meanwhile, Chad Dukes posted a photo of Dusty with the name “Stardust” on his trunks, which you can find here. Ric Flair previously said on his podcast that Jim Crockett’s plane that carried himself and Dusty was named “Star Dust”.
