WWE has filed a new motion in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against them by the estate of Nelson Frazier, Jr. WWE has made mention of the fact that similar lawsuits brought by Billy Jack Haynes and the trio of Ryan Sakoda, Russ McCullough, and Matt Wiese have been moved to Connecticut and that Frazier is a member of the “putative plaintiff class” of the latter, it should be moved as well.
WWE is dealing with a variety of these cases and filed a preemptive suit against Koko B. Ware, Blackjack Mulligan, Ivan Koloff and Dynamite Kid after the lawyer representing all the cases sent letters on their behalf threatening suits.
At this point, WWE is trying to have all the cases heard in Connecticut, where many of the cases would be past the statute of limitations.
