— WWNLive’s Gabe Sapolsky and Sal Hamaoui are in town and backstage at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. It’s believed they are there to continue discussions about a working relationship with NXT.
— The staging and production for tonight’s show will be similar to what is used for the Full Sail University Takeover broadcasts. They are not using the usual WWE staging. Before Takeover, a 90-minute edition of NXT will be taped.
— Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Sgt. Slaughter, Sean Waltman, Oscar and Howard Finkel are all in town for SummerSlam weekend. Finkel, of course, works for the company already so he’s not a surprise. The entire Flair family is also in town to see Charlotte work the event.
