On his WWE NXT media call yesterday, Triple H said that they are looking into doing big NXT events to go along with the major main roster events (Summerslam, Royal Rumble, WrestleMania).
According to sources, WWE wants to add to the feel of the major events, essentially making “a week long experience” similar to WrestleMania week. For this year’s WrestleMania is Dallas, the plan is to run NXT again on Friday night. The idea would be to hold NXT (Friday), The Hall of Fame (Saturday), and then RAW (Monday) at the American Airlines Arena.
