Roddy Piper’s Family Requests A Moment Of Silence On 8/11

TMZ reports that while Roddy Piper’s funeral is next week in Oregon (August 11), it will be a private event. A memorial that will be held on August 17 at the Comedy Store in Hollywood will also be private.

While the public won’t be invited to either event, Roddy Piper’s daughter Ariel has asked that all of his fans take part in a moment of silence at 10:30 AM on the day of the funeral. They plan to observe the moment at the funeral as well.
