Jimmy Snuka Set To Return To Court On October 7th

On Monday it was reported that Jimmy Snuka’s preliminary hearing was postponed, due to a motion being filed by The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office requesting that the court approve filing a “Bill of Information”.

The hearing has been rescheduled for October 7th. Snuka was arrested back on September 1st charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the May 1983 death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino.
