Charlotte was originally supposed to win the 4-way Divas match on last week’s episode of NXT, which was taped prior to NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. Emma ended up winning the match after the referee continued to count a fall after Becky Lynch failed to kick out.
There is no heat on any of the Divas or referee Drake Wuertz, who was told his job is to count the pinfalls no matter what. All of the Divas, especially Lynch, were unhappy with the botch after it was over.
