The Rock’s Dog Passes Away – Details Inside Here

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s dog passed away last night. The Great One took to Facebook to reveal that he had to have his bulldog Brutus put to sleep after Brutus ate a poisonous mushroom in the family backyard. The mushroom in question was toxic enough that Brutus’ liver was irrevocably destroyed within a matter of hours.

Rock had Brutus on life support initially but talked to the vets and ultimately decided to let him go. He added in his Facebook post, “I encourage all of you out there to be mindful of mushrooms in your yards, parks or anywhere outside your dogs play. What looks innocent, can be deadly to your lil’ family members.”

As a pet owner myself, on behalf of everyone here on the website, I’d like to wish our condolences to Rock and his girlfriend Lauren Hashian on their loss.
