Matanza Cueto is the new Lucha Underground champion. They had a 20-man Aztec Warfare match at the tapings, which is Lucha Underground’s modified version of the WWE Royal Rumble.

Rey Mysterio showed up at #2 after the first entrant, Fenix. Matanza showed up at 21 after being introduced by Cueto. He pinned Fenix and it finally came down to Mantanza vs. Rey at the end, and Mantanza cleaned house and won the championship.
