Backstage Report – WWE Royal Rumble Already Written, Major Plans

According to sources, the Royal Rumble finish is written and will set up a major match for the following PPV, Fastlane. While of course plans in WWE change on a dime, the current finish will set up a major match for Fastlane which fits into a bigger plan for the company.

WWE officials want Fastlane to be a major, “A-level” PPV for the company and not just a transitional event on the Road to WrestleMania. Fastlane takes place on February 21st in Cleveland, Ohio. Brock Lesnar is set to appear at the event.
