Backstage Report – Rey Mysterio & AAA Involved In A Contract Dispute

Rey Mysterio is reportedly in the middle of a contract dispute with AAA over money they owe him. Pro Wrestling Sheets reports that the two sides are at adds over Mysterio’s deal, with Mysterio claiming the company hasn’t paid him everything that he’s owed.

Mysterio’s deal with AAA is based on the number of dates he’s away from home regardless of whether it is for a house show, taping or media appearance. Mysterio has not been paid for all of the trips he’s made for them and is displeased with the situation, believing the company is engaged in dubious business practices by not paying him.

Mysterio’s last appearance for AAA was in December.
