At my LOWEST body weight yet, I killed this 176 pound sumo deadlift for 3 sets/8 reps. Had to watch the video on the @mogyapp a few times to make sure my form was perfect. Form is everything! After seeing @thenikkibella working her tail off in the gym today… I wanted to work harder, too. @hardnockssouth #GirlPower
